About Me

I’ve been practicing meditation for 50 years in one form or another.  It all began with a yoga instructor who taught me the basics of breath work and relaxation techniques.  Years later I was lucky enough to have been taught traditional Buddhist meditations from some very patient monks who then encouraged me to pass on what I learned.  I began teaching meditation to people of all ages (4 years and beyond) at that point, eventually becoming an accredited instructor.  The benefits of a consistent meditation practice are many.  But it is important to understand that it is the basis for which we begin to heal our mind, body and spirit.  My goal as a teacher will always be to help you develop your own sustainable practice in order to build a life of peace and healing.
